Airbus Helicopters SAS in France leads Digital Enablers to boost efficiency in Engineering. You will bridge engineering métiers and AI experts, driving automation and AI-enabled workflows within the Design Office.

Travel for business may be required as you support multiple parallel initiatives and report to the Head of Engineering Enablers. Preferred candidates bring a 5-year degree, 5+ years in digital innovation project management, and strong stakeholder management, with fluency in English and

Qualifications

5-year degree level (or equivalent).
Development Environments: VS Code, JupyterLab, PyCharm, Spyder or Visual Studio 2022.
Data & AI Platforms: Skywise / Palantir Foundry and exploring LLM endpoints/APIs.
Languages & Scripting: Potential exposure to Powershell, C#, C++, SQL, Typescript, Rust or Bash.
Engineering Tools: Integration with the Engineering PLM landscape (Catia) and Google Workspace.
Minimum of 5-year experience in Digital innovation project management.
Minimum of 3-year experience in Project Management (or similar relevant experience).
Senior profile with proven experience in managing company-wide change management execution.

Responsabilités

Bridge between engineering métiers and AI experts to increase efficiency.
Identify pain points and explore automation with AI.
Coordinate across Engineering, Central Digital Innovation and Information Management.
Assist in defining and planning the digital innovation strategy and roadmap.
