Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking a senior digital transformation professional to lead AI-enabled initiatives within the Engineering Enablers unit. You will bridge engineering métiers with AI experts to automate workflows and improve productivity in the design office, coordinating with central digital innovation and information management.

You will train and deploy AI models, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment with LBIP agile practices while traveling across engineering departments to capture

Qualifications

• Education: 5-year degree level (or equivalent).
• Experience: minimum 5 years in digital innovation project management; 3+ years in PM; senior profile with change management experience.
• Skills: Stakeholder management, Generative AI knowledge, excellent communication; fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Bridge between engineering métiers and AI experts to boost productivity.
• Train and deploy models for engineering use cases.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Central Digital Innovation and Information Management.
• Visit departments to translate challenges into AI requirements and identify synergies.
• Use Foundry Palantir, Python and VS Code to build enablers.
