Tribun Health is seeking a Solution Specialist to support sales and distribution teams across EMEA, combining pre-sales, solution consulting, bid management and market intelligence. You will design customer-specific architectures, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and deploy strategies across On-Prem, Private Cloud, Public Cloud and Hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Software or Medical Device industries.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Strong experience with RFPs, RFIs and public procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical pre-sales support to Sales teams and Distribution Partners.
• Support opportunity qualification, customer meetings, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Assist partners in positioning Tribun Health solutions and developing business opportunities.
• Design customer-specific solution architectures and deployment recommendations.
• Contribute to quotations and commercial proposals.
• Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs and tenders.
• Coordinate proposal development with Product Management, Customer Experience, Regulatory.
• Produce technical documentation, proposals and customer presentations.
• Develop sales collateral and technical documentation.
• Promote Tribun Health's Digital Pathology and AI portfolio.
• Share product knowledge across internal teams and partner networks.
• Identify market trends and emerging customer needs.
• Support definition of new solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide structured customer and market feedback to Product Management and R&D.
