MongoDB is seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Solution Architect to guide customers through scalable data platform designs and collaborate with sales and engineering. Based in Paris for our hybrid model, you will shape technical wins and articulate the business value across diverse industries.

You will design architectures, mentor teammates, and lead technical discovery, demos, and proofs of value while traveling up to 25% and aligning with MEDDPICC/Command of the Message frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years in a customer-facing role, with 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.
• Experience with modern scripting languages or programming languages in a professional capacity.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and advise improvements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; convey business value clearly to technical and business leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable and performant applications, systems and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies, communicating business value.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success: discovery, demos, POCs, sizing and documentation.
• Generate demand within the sales territory through technical initiatives, events and ABM activities.
• Foster strong customer relationships, build champions and ensure success and satisfaction.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current with MongoDB products.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
