Tribun Health, based in Paris, seeks a Solutions Architect to design and deploy scalable health IT solutions across on-prem, cloud (Azure) and hybrid environments. You will drive architecture decisions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices while ensuring HL7 and DICOM compliance.

Engage with clients, lead architecture discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup setting to deliver impactful digital pathology projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as DevOps Engineer, Solution Architect or similar role.
• Expertise with Azure cloud services including deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 and DICOM healthcare standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in healthcare projects.

You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and presenting innovative solutions to our clients. YOUR SCOPE Architecture and Development: Design and implement scalable, reliable solutions for on-premises, cloud (with a focus on Azure) and hybrid deployments of the company’s solution. Automate application deployment, monitoring, and management (CI/CD pipelines). Ensure seamless integration and compliance with healthcare standards, including HL7 and DICOM. Product release and incident analysis Participate in the deployment of new product features and releases and manage the IT configuration changes accordingly. Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting before escalation to the development team (Level 3) Collaboration and Client Engagement : Attend client meetings to gather requirements and propose tailored architecture and IT solutions Deliver clear, engaging presentations and demonstrations of IT solutions to stakeholders. DevOps Practices : Implement and maintain DevOps best practices for infrastructure and application management. Monitor and optimize system performance and ensure high availability. Implement FinOps practices to control and optimize infrastructure spending Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with development, customer experience, security and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery. Act as a technical advisor, supporting teams in adopting and leveraging cloud technologies. YOUR HARD & SOFT SKILLS At least one experience as a DevOps Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar role. Expertise in Azure cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization. Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7 and DICOM. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in CI/CD tools and automation frameworks. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Previous experience in the healthcare industry or working on healthcare projects. Certification in Azure or other cloud technologies.
