SISL Infotech is hiring for an IT Support role in Paris, France. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and deploying various hardware components including desktops and laptops, as well as providing onsite support for end-user issues.

The role includes managing asset inventory, coordinating device moves, and following IT compliance standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT support and a commitment to user readiness and service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Deinstall and recover devices during leaver lifecycle and refresh programmes.
• Execute break-fix troubleshooting and hardware replacements.
• Provide onsite floor-walk and TechBar support for end-user issues.
• Manage and update asset inventory and CMDB records.
• Support new joiner device setup and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate device relocation (moves and changes) across sites.
• Perform post-installation checks and ensure user readiness.
• Follow security, compliance, and organisational IT standards.
• Provide progress updates and maintain documentation/reporting.
