About the Role

As a Deskside Support Analyst, you’ll be the face of the Information Services (IS) team in Paris, providing high-quality, hands‑on technical support to end users. You’ll work closely with the global IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, high‑quality technical support via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide expert support for hardware, software, and audio‑visual systems.
• Triage and resolve escalated incidents, collaborating with global 3rd line teams.
• Manage stock and equipment in the Paris office.
• Own customer issues from start to resolution, ensuring excellent service.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support IT projects, training, and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support within a global professional services environment.
• Familiarity with legal sector IT systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and ideally French.
• Technical proficiency with:
