The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) invites applications for a Deputy Counsel to join the International Centre for ADR in Paris on a 10-month fixed-term contract. The role combines legal and administrative tasks relating to dispute resolution under ICC Rules and ICANN-related procedures.

You will manage case administration, promote ICC mediation, and contribute to special projects under the ADR Counsel, collaborating with colleagues in a multicultural, global setting.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified lawyer with at least two years' relevant professional experience in alternative dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Formal legal qualification (Bar exam or equivalent) not essential if international arbitration experience can be shown.

Responsabilités

• Handle tasks related to implementing and organizing dispute resolution services under gTLD procedures.
• Administer daily cases under ICC Rules (Mediation, Expert, DOCDEX, Dispute Boards).
• Promote ICC dispute resolution services at conferences and events.
• Work on projects under the supervision of the ADR Counsel.
