The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is seeking a motivated HR Generalist Apprentice to support talent and HR activities across the employee lifecycle in Paris, France. This two-year, full-time apprenticeship role offers hands-on experience in onboarding, payroll preparation, recruitment, and HR transformation within an international setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding and learning activities.
• Maintain HR records and job descriptions.
• Assist recruitment for interns, apprentices and entry-level talent.
• Support HR transformation, data reporting and HR dashboards.
