International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is seeking a Deputy Director for Arbitration and ADR – Europe to drive growth, engagement and strategic initiatives across the European region. You will promote ICC Dispute Resolution Services, develop relationships with senior stakeholders, and elevate the ICC Hearing Centre as the premier venue for hearings and dispute resolution.

Based at ICC Headquarters in Paris, you will travel across Europe, lead business development efforts, and shape regional

Qualifications

Degree in law or business; knowledge of dispute resolution is desirable.
Minimum five years post-qualification experience in a global professional organisation.
Strong business development acumen with a track record in a legal environment advantageous.
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication in English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

Drive regional strategy and workplan for ICC Dispute Resolution Services in Europe.
Expand ICC Arbitration, ADR and related services across Europe; promote Hearing Centre.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate counsel, law firms and arbitral institutions.
Represent ICC in regional dispute resolution community; strengthen visibility and market presence.
