The ICC International Centre for ADR in Paris is recruiting an Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Dispute Resolution Services. Based at ICC Headquarters in Paris, you will handle administrative tasks under supervision, alongside English and French language requirements.
Responsibilities include database management, communications, mail handling, payments, filing, and general office support in a multicultural environment.

We are currently recruiting an Assistant to join our Dispute Resolution Services and provide support the ICC International Centre for ADR (“the Centre”). You will be based at ICC International Headquarters in Paris for a 12-month contract.

We would love to hear from you if you:
Have at least two years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal environment;
Are well organised, detail-orientedand efficient, and able to work autonomously and take initiative;
Have excellent IT skills, including the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new case management platforms and digital tools;
Enjoy working in a multicultural team;
Possess excellent oral and written English and French skills. Knowledge of another language, such as Spanish, is a plus.
