MSIG Europe is seeking a Delegated Authority Account Handler to provide administrative and operational support to the Manager of Delegated Authority. The role involves assisting in the management of delegated authority agreements and ensuring regulatory compliance across MSIG Europe and MSIG Specialty Marine.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, maintain records, and prepare reports. Strong English and Dutch, plus a related degree and 2+ years' experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, finance, administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or support experience, preferably in underwriting or risk management.
• Strong written and oral skills in Dutch and English; other languages an advantage.
• Basic understanding of delegated authority principles and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Administrative Support: assist in preparing delegated authority agreements and maintain files and documentation.
• Data Management: input and update information in databases and prepare reports on performance and compliance.
• Compliance and Monitoring: support monitoring of internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communication: act as point of contact for delegated authority entities and draft correspondence.
• Project Support: assist in special projects to improve delegated authority processes.
