MSIG Europe is seeking an Identity & Access Management Expert to design, implement, and maintain the enterprise IAM framework across the organization. You will ensure proper user access to systems and data while upholding security, compliance, and operational efficiency in a transforming IT environment.

Based in Europe with a focus on cross-border collaboration, you will define strategy, standards, and workflows, lead reviews and certifications, and mentor teams on IAM best practices and tools

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of IAM or related experience in consulting/audit or internal IAM role.
• Fluent in English in an international environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organisational layers.
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement approach.
• Team player with a delivery mindset.
• Deep technical IAM expertise with Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, SSO, MFA.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain the enterprise IAM governance framework.
• Ensure correct access rights for users to systems and data.
• Define IAM strategy and responsibilities within MSIG Europe.
• Define tool-based IAM workflows with built-in SoD checks.
• Perform access reviews, certifications, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Enforce least-privilege and zero-trust access controls.
• Collaborate with SOC for identity-related security responses.
• Provide expert guidance and training on IAM topics.
