Responsibilities

• Manage customer credit risk and debt recovery activities to maximise cash collection.
• Handle overdue payments inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Analyse receivables, define collection strategies by risk profile.
• Independently manage complex cases with significant financial exposure.
• Coach Junior Credit Experts and coordinate team activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve outcomes.
• Communicate risks and action plans clearly and drive process improvements.
