You will work closely with senior professionals, assisting in evaluating financing alternatives and contributing to transaction execution from pitch to close. The role emphasizes data‑driven analysis, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across several projects while collaborating with investors and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program with a focus on finance or management, at a top tier business school or university.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems through data‑driven analysis, with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work side‑by‑side with senior professionals to gain exposure to private equity liquidity needs.
• Assist with evaluating and structuring financing alternatives for private equity sponsors and institutional investors.
• Gain hands‑on transaction experience by joining deal teams from pitch through closing.
• Prepare marketing and buyer diligence materials for secondary transactions.
• Support the transaction process, including virtual data rooms, tracking buyer interactions and coordinating due diligence.
