OneFlash is seeking a Market Opener for DAUCH to establish and drive traction in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland from Paris HQ. You will own the sales cycle, develop partnerships, and build a local market presence with autonomy and strategic support from HQ.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales, native German and fluent English, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset. Expect uncapped commissions and a pivotal growth role in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with fluent English (C1).
• Minimum 3 years in B2B sales (SDR, Business Development, or Account Executive).
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and proactive—able to establish a new market ground-up.

Responsabilités

• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals across DAUCH.
• Develop strategic partnerships and build a local market presence in German-speaking regions.
• Collaborate with HQ in Paris and the Europe IB Manager for strategic alignment.
• Lead future regional expansion initiatives and potentially open a DAUCH office.
