Job summary

CommScope, Inc. in France seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge technology and customer needs within the Data Center, Cloud & MTDC Infrastructure teams.

You will support pre-sale activities, advise on designs, and help ensure successful deployments with customers and partners. You will create solution presentations, coordinate with manufacturing and engineering, deliver partner and end-user training, and contribute technical documentation to the knowledge base, while helping to grow the business and

Qualifications

10 years of relevant experience with structured cabling, design, and installation in mid to large Data Centers.
Familiarity with data center industry standards and trends.
Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sale support and technical guidance on product information, project design, installations and issue resolution.
Create and update solutions presentations for end-user customers and consultants highlighting CommScope Data Center product lines.
Serve as liaison between Global Scale customers and manufacturing/engineering teams to forward technical requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Deliver comprehensive training for installation partners and end-users on installation instructions and guidelines.
Contribute to maintenance of Data Center, Cloud & AI Solutions product literature and assist with technical design guides and publications.
