Job summary

Bachmann GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Customer Solutions Sales Specialist in Paris to help customers find the right data center solutions.

You will translate technical and commercial requirements into quotations and coordinate with internal experts to support projects from the first customer request to final order. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain, manage CRM and ERP data, and contribute market feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Qualifications

Experience in technical sales, inside sales or solution sales.
Interest in data center infrastructure and technical products.
Commercial mindset and customer focus.
Structured and proactive way of working.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent French and English.
Based in the Paris area.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on Data Center Solutions and understand requirements.
Create solution proposals and quotations from technical and commercial inputs.
Follow up on projects and opportunities and coordinate pricing and sales strategy.
Work with Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain to advance opportunities.
Manage customer information in CRM and ERP systems and support pricing processes.
Contribute customer and market feedback to improve solutions.
