Algolia, a leader in AI search, seeks a Senior Partner Manager for the DACH region. You will drive the partner strategy with focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, building pipelines and coordinating across consulting, SI and cloud partners.

You’ll inspire partners with agentic solutions and ensure joint value propositions succeed in the market. You will work with sales, marketing, engineering and enablement teams to map opportunities, recruit partners, and drive revenue while maintaining

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in a senior Alliance, Channel or Partner role, ideally with technology, cloud or systems integration partners, in a recurring revenue business model.
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, search/AI architecture, cloud infrastructure and how multiple technologies combine into a single solution, without being a hands-on engineer.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and accelerator programs built by SI/tech partners.
• Experience with cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft) and/or SI partners in the German market.
• Business-side understanding of SaaS software, search/AI, headless commerce and API-first architectures.
• Track record of regional partner strategy with strong German market familiarity.
• Fluency in German (required); fluency in English also required.
• Salesforce.com experience creating and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Excellent communicator, writer and storyteller with ability to influence stakeholders.
• History of developing partner relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Solutions-oriented mindset to inspire partners and customers with Algolia.
• Autonomy across a multi-country region; track record in joint co-selling/marketing.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing Algolia's partner strategy across DACH, with Germany as the primary focus alongside Austria and Switzerland.
• Building on seven years of established partner relationships while designing a new partner-led growth strategy for DACH.
• Managing a portfolio of consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners across the region.
• Recruiting and onboarding new partners into the Algolia Partner Program, focusing on agentic and AI-driven solutions.
• Shaping and championing agentic solutions that combine Algolia with technology partners.
• Helping partners build and bring their agentic solutions to market on Algolia.
• Developing joint value propositions with technology partners for agentic solutions.
• Inspiring partners and customers on the art of the possible with Algolia.
• Guiding partners on where Algolia fits without owning implementation.
• Enabling partners on product/technical capabilities for positioning and delivery.
• Owning deal registration, pipeline prioritization and account mapping.
