Naboo in Paris is building out its DACH sales team and you will own the full sales cycle for our Marketplace across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will start with inbound requests and outbound outreach, guiding prospects from first contact to signed bookings.

You’ll tailor proposals using our venue network, negotiate with hotels, and ensure smooth handover to Event Managers. A data-driven approach and CRM discipline are key to success.

Qualifications

• Native German and fluent English required; French not required.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound requests and build pipeline via outbound calls and campaigns.
• Lead consultative first conversations to discover client needs.
• Create tailored proposals using our venue network and negotiate with hotels.
• Close deals and hand over to Event Managers for delivery.
• Maintain CRM and provide realistic forecasts.
• Share market learnings to shape team playbooks.
