Fortinet, a cybersecurity pioneer, invites a Systems Engineer to support the sales organization in technical matters, including pre-sales and sales calls.

You will qualify leads, serve as the main technical resource on customer discussions, and provide post-sales training, drawing on your deep knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, network security and related protocols. This role requires clear English communication and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5–8 years in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, IDS, Anti Virus.
• Proficient with RADIUS, PKI, IPsec, Firewalls, SSH, SSL, DES/3DES.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/educate the customer on features, specifications and functionality to integration.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.
