Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre‑sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Knowledge of encryption and authentication technologies.
• Strong understanding of technologies and protocols like RADIUS, IPsec, SSL.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Provide technical resource on sales calls and educate customers.
• Support identified customers with post‑sales training.

Connaissances

Technical sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP

Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, network security

Strong presentation skills

Effective communication in English

Formation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
