Ubisoft’s Customer Experience Program Management team is seeking a proactive intern to plan and manage Live Operations for our games and services. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and operational excellence.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, document learnings, and maintain knowledge workflows. Strong Excel skills and a passion for games help drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a higher education degree specialising in project management or equivalent.
• Experience in project management and planning live operations in cross-functional teams.
• Strong teamwork, feedback gathering and process-improvement mindset.
• Detail-oriented, structured thinker who can organize workflows and solve problems.
• Excel proficiency to collect, clean and analyse data; KPI tracking is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts, BPMN familiarity is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage Live Operations for Ubisoft’s Games & Services.
• Collaborate to drive Continuous Improvement and process evolution.
• Develop and maintain clear knowledge workflows using Confluence and tools.
• Collect, clean and analyse data to extract actionable insights.
• Support transversal projects across global publishing teams.
