Ubisoft invites motivated students to join its Online Services team as a trainee, supporting project management and live operations. You will collaborate with project managers to plan, document, and coordinate activities across Ubisoft Connect and engagement features, while learning how to integrate with developers and partners.
As you gain autonomy, you may take on additional projects related to live services, and you will participate in demonstrations, reporting, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- You are a student with knowledge of web/multimedia services and strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- You are a good communicator and demonstrate responsiveness and proactivity.
- You understand the technical aspects of a web integration service and communicate effectively with developers and future integrators on development topics.
- Familiarity with different project methodologies (agile) and the tools used to implement them (Jira, Confluence, AI, Bug Tracker, Wiki, Checklists) is a plus.
- A strong interest in video games is highly appreciated.
Responsabilités
- Assist project managers with project management activities and reporting.
- Collaborate in demonstrations and presentations for production and business teams on services like Ubisoft Connect and Leaderboard.
- Coordinate configuration operations and assist with new productions and launches.
- Analyze requirements and help build project schedules.
- Document technical and non-technical project details with senior managers.
- Promote continuous improvement and relay feedback to Product Managers.
- Support Live Operations with social features and engagement campaigns.
- Assist with configuration, monitoring, and issue tracking in live environments.
- Foster cross-team communication and hands-on learning in production settings.
