Ubisoft is seeking a Customer Experience Program Manager Assistant to help plan and execute live operations and improve processes across global teams. You will gather feedback, document learnings and maintain knowledge resources to support the CX Program Management team.

Ideal candidates are studying project management, with cross-functional collaboration experience, strong Excel skills and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a higher education degree in project management or equivalent.
• Experience in project management and live operations planning in a cross-functional setup.
• Ability to collect feedback and drive process improvements with a structured approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Excel for data collection, cleaning and analysis; KPI tracking is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and BPMN workflow basics is advantageous.
• Fluent English written and spoken; French is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage Live Operations for Ubisoft games and services.
• Collaborate with partners to gather feedback and document learnings.
• Develop clear work instructions and workflows using Confluence and SharePoint.
• Collect, clean and analyze live ops data to derive actionable insights.
• Support transversal projects to improve cross-team collaboration.
