Ubisoft is looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager Assistant internship (6 months) starting January 2027 in Paris. You will join the CX Program Management team to plan and execute live operations and help safeguard franchises across Ubisoft's games and services.
You will work cross-functionally, improve processes, maintain knowledge workflows in Confluence and tools like Miro and SharePoint, analyze live ops data, and contribute to transversal projects.

Join Ubisoft’s Customer Experience (CX) Program Management team and gain hands‑on experience in an international and fast‑paced environment. You will help to mobilize and work closely with cross functional teams across Ubisoft to plan and execute efficient live operations while advocating for the player experience and proactively safeguarding our franchises and company reputation.
