Ubisoft is looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager Assistant internship (6 months) starting January 2027 in Paris. You will join the CX Program Management team to plan and execute live operations and help safeguard franchises across Ubisoft's games and services.

You will work cross-functionally, improve processes, maintain knowledge workflows in Confluence and tools like Miro and SharePoint, analyze live ops data, and contribute to transversal projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree in project management or equivalent.
• Has previous experience in project management and planning live operations in cross-functional settings.
• Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
• Interest in the video game industry.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage Live Operations to ensure launch readiness and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather feedback and drive process improvements.
• Develop clear work instructions and processes using Confluence and internal tools.
• Collect, clean, and analyze live ops data to derive actionable insights.
• Support transversal projects to improve collaboration across Ubisoft teams.
