Ubisoft offers an internship within Online Services, supporting project management and live operations for connecting games with players. You will work with a team of PMs, assist in demonstrations, coordinate integrations, and help document technical details while gaining hands-on experience in production environments.

You are a student with knowledge of web services, fluent English, and a proactive communicator. Agile experience and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.

Qualifications

• Student status with knowledge of web/multimedia services.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good communication and proactive attitude.
• Understanding the technical aspects of web integration services and ability to discuss with developers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Bug Tracker, Wiki, Checklists).
• Strong interest in video games.

Responsabilités

• Support project management activities alongside core responsibilities.
• Assist with demonstrations and presentations to production and business teams on Ubisoft Connect, Stats & Leaderboard, and partner integrations.
• Coordinate configuration operations and assist with integration of new productions and product launches.
• Analyze requirements with studios/business and help create a schedule.
• Document technical and non-technical project details with senior PMs.
• Advise production and business teams to achieve objectives (opportunities, implementation, UX).
• Build relationships with customers and relay feedback to Product Managers to drive improvements.
• Contribute to project reporting and communication.
• Collaborate with Live Operations on Social and Engagement products.
• Assist in coordinating live activities, preparation, and follow-up.
• Support cross-team communication and issue tracking in live environments.
• Gain hands-on experience operating live products in production.
