A growing SaaS company in France is seeking a Customer Success Manager responsible for driving adoption and satisfaction of its data solutions. The role involves managing enterprise accounts, leading customer reviews, and promoting best practices in data quality. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, be fluent in French and English, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding international company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Success or related role.
  • Proven experience in SaaS environments and data solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (executive sponsors, team leads, technical profiles, subject‑matter experts).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define, measure, and track customer success KPIs, with a strong focus on ROI and impact.

Responsabilités

  • Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and contract retention.
  • Leading regular business reviews to assess solution usage, remove blockers, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitoring customer health indicators: usage levels, support consumption, customer satisfaction, and qualitative feedback.
  • Promoting best practices related to customer data quality, connector usage, and ecosystem integrations.
  • Acting as a liaison with Product, Project, and Sales teams to elevate customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Contributing to churn prevention while identifying upsell opportunities and fostering long‑term engagement.

🎯 Missions & Key Responsibilities

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and value delivery throughout the entire customer lifecycle with our DQE solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, supporting them in leveraging our platforms, ensuring an optimal customer experience, and securing contract retention.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Managing a portfolio of large and enterprise accounts, monitoring satisfaction, adoption, and renewals in close partnership with the Key Account Manager.
  • Defining success objectives with each customer (ROI, functional adoption, data quality process automation).
  • Coordinating deployment plans in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Project teams.
  • Leading regular business reviews to assess solution usage, remove blockers, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitoring customer health indicators: usage levels, support consumption, customer satisfaction, and qualitative feedback.
  • Promoting best practices related to customer data quality, connector usage, and ecosystem integrations.
  • Acting as a liaison with Product, Project, and Sales teams to elevate customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Contributing to churn prevention while identifying upsell opportunities and fostering long‑term engagement.
🧠 Skills & Competencies
  • Knowledge of CRM data environments (Salesforce, Dynamics 365...), data platforms, and APIs.
  • Ability to lead customer steering committees and best‑practice workshops.
  • Capability to represent the voice of the customer internally and coordinate across Sales and Technical teams.
  • Strong customer service mindset, problem‑solving posture, and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Fluent in French and English.
👤 Experience & Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Delivery Manager, Customer Support, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in SaaS environments, data solutions, or technical platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data management and data quality challenges, as well as CRM and digital journey use cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (executive sponsors, team leads, technical profiles, subject‑matter experts).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define, measure, and track customer success KPIs, with a strong focus on ROI and impact.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and innovative thinking (highly valued).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
