Job summary

Scaleway, a leading sovereign cloud company, is offering an on-site Internship in Paris to support its Customer Success Management team. You will work within two squads (low-touch and startup pod) to engage with customers, help drive retention, and contribute to process improvements across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration in an international environment, with exposure to diverse customers and a hands-on learning path in CSM practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Success Managers in daily client interactions
• Contribute to improving customer processes to retain and grow the customer base
• Support campaigns and monitor customer health metrics
• Participate in customer meetings with the CSM team
• Document meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance CSM tools and processes
