YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will leverage CRM platforms and revenue tools to improve workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

Responsibilities include configuring CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, managing quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management tools, and building efficient workflows. Strong communication and data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
