YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations Expert to join as a remote contractor. You will optimize CRM workflows, ensure data accuracy, and deliver clear reporting across revenue systems.

Key tasks include configuring Salesforce or HubSpot, integrating revenue tooling, and building scalable processes. You will collaborate closely with sales and CS teams, documenting guidelines and driving adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
