Customer Service Representative – French Speaking (Location: Portugal)

For an international company based in Portugal, we are looking for French-speaking Customer Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
• Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
• Record and document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with international teams when necessary.
• No prior customer service experience is required.

Requirements

• Speak French at a native or C1-C2 level (fluent/bilingual).
• Have an English level of B1 or higher.
• Are ready to live and work in Portugal.
