Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Service Advisor who will communicate with customers in French via phone, chat and email. You will solve issues with empathy and maintain case progress in our CRM. The role requires relocation to Portugal and collaboration with an international team.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and may have prior customer service or hospitality experience. EU passport or Portuguese residency is required.
