CMA CGM Group in Marseille is offering an internship for a Customer Experience management officer to help create and update customer-facing materials and support planning and execution of customer engagement campaigns across digital channels.

You will collect and analyze feedback, prepare reports on satisfaction and engagement, and assist cross-functional teams in organizing events, webinars, or product launches, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, communication and data.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Customer Experience, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail; curious and proactive.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsabilités

• Create and update customer-facing communication materials (emails, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, guides).
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Support the development of promotional and educational materials.
• Help map and improve the customer journey by identifying communication opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback from surveys and other channels.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Product).
• Assist in organizing customer events, webinars, or product launches.
