The CMA CGM Group is offering an Internship - PMO Transformation Assets in Marseille, FR. This role provides hands-on experience in portfolio management, reporting, governance, and community engagement within a large logistics group.

You will participate in collecting data, tracking risks, and preparing materials for governance and portfolio reviews while contributing to improving PMO tools and processes. An analytical mindset and strong writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student in business/university or equivalent.
• Strong interest in project management, transformation and organizations.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious, autonomous and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Collect and consolidate project information.
• Track performance indicators, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare materials for portfolio reviews.
• Produce dashboards and reports; analyze consolidated data.
• Support governance materials and meeting coordination.
• Help create templates, guides and PMO materials.
• Identify ideas to automate and simplify PMO tools.
• Engage with project communities and assist communication.
