CMA CGM in Marseille invites an internship to support and analyze customer care performance on a global scale. You will contribute to productivity management, data-driven decision making, and performance monitoring.

Your role includes maintaining NOVA system data, performing data audits, ensuring consistency, and supporting analytics to drive daily operations with real-time dashboards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree programme in Management or Data Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data management and data analysis or a strong interest in it.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer contact data in the NOVA system with accuracy.
• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup for data integrity.
• Assist in ensuring data consistency across teams according to guidelines.
• Use analytics tools to monitor customer care metrics and service levels.
• Identify and help resolve data discrepancies to improve reporting quality.
• Create and maintain real-time dashboards for day-to-day decision support.
