CMA CGM invites a Marketing & Sales internship in Marseille to drive efficiency through process redesign and automation. You will map workflows, build automations on the Microsoft stack, and prototype AI use cases for marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong command of the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Teams).
• Strong interest in generative AI and advanced prompting (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong process-analysis skills and rigor in documentation.
• Excellent written communication in French and English.
• Prior experience or academic project in process automation or data visualization.
• Familiarity with Marketing & Sales environments (CRM, emailing, events).
• Creative mindset, autonomy and taste for experimentation.

Responsabilités

• Map Marketing & Sales processes and tools, identify pain points and prioritize workstreams.
• Clean up and document the selected processes (trackers, charters, validation workflows).
• Build automations on the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Lists, Power BI, Teams): notifications, dashboards, milestone reminders.
• Set up automatic emailing milestone reminders (D-10 / D-5 / D-2) and a weekly Power BI dashboard for operational marketing steering.
• Automate post-event follow-up (attendees, thank-you messages, follow-ups) and vertical lead alerts for the sales teams.
• Prototype two generative AI POCs: a client-visit preparation assistant and a sales-materials generation tool.
• Explore additional generative AI use cases: generating sales materials, slides, web content and pre-meeting account briefs, automated competitive monitoring.
• Measure the time and performance gains from automation and AI, and formulate recommendations for larger-scale rollout.
• Support adoption: write a best-practices and advanced prompting guide, train the teams.
