Lava Rewards is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will handle customer queries, back-end tasks, and ensure smooth service delivery while upholding the Lava Rewards brand.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys problem solving. Fluent English is required; Maltese language skills are a plus. On-the-job training and career prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

• Fluent in English; Maltese fluency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer queries

• Carry out regular backend tasks

• Report directly to the Lava Rewards manager and assist with tasks as required
