Wabtec Corporation in Gennevilliers, France, invites applications for a Marketing & CRM Specialist Apprentice to start January 2027. You will support CRM adoption, create content, and participate in strategic and operational marketing within the Transit division.

You will onboard CRM users, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, conduct competitive analyses, and help develop campaigns and materials for product promotion, while improving English-language communication.

Formación

• Bac+4 in engineering or business school.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment for a work-study starting January 2027.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good level of English.
• Knowledge of CRM Tool will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• CRM Support & User Enablement: Support day-to-day use and adoption of the CRM tool; onboard/train new CRM users; partner with IT on CRM enhancements; communicate new CRM features to users.
• Strategic Marketing: Conduct competitive analyses and ad hoc market studies to support Business Unit Managers and Transit Management Team.
• Operational Marketing: Develop and support marketing campaigns; create marketing content; support development of product promotion materials and videos.
