Wabtec in Paris seeks a work-study student to support CRM adoption, onboard new users, and collaborate with IT on CRM projects. The role also covers strategic and operational marketing tasks, including content creation and campaign support.

We value Office proficiency, strong communication, and good English. A Bac+3 in engineering or business is required for the January 2027 start in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bac+3 in engineering or business school.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment for a work-study starting January 2027.
• Good knowledge of the Office pack.
• Good level of English.
• Knowledge of CRM Tool will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day use and adoption of the CRM tool.
• Onboard and train new CRM users, including training on key B2B processes.
• Partner with IT to manage CRM enhancements and related projects.
• Communicate new CRM features, content, dashboards, and enhancements to users.
• Conduct competitive analyses across existing markets.
• Conduct ad hoc market studies to support Business Unit Managers and the Transit Management Team, including new technologies, product adjacencies, market potential assessments, and other strategic topics.
• Develop and support marketing communication campaigns.
• Create marketing content, including articles and white papers.
• Support the development of product promotion materials and videos.
