Job summary

Wabtec invites a motivated student to join in Paris for a work-study position in Marketing and CRM support. You will onboard and train CRM users, collaborate with IT on enhancements, and help communicate new CRM features and dashboards to users.

You will also contribute to strategic and operational marketing activities, developing content such as articles and white papers, and supporting promotional materials and videos.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good level of English required.
• CRM Tool knowledge is an advantage.

• Conduct competitive analyses across existing markets.
• Conduct ad hoc market studies to support Business Unit Managers and the Transit Management Team, including new technologies, product adjacencies, market potential assessments, and other strategic topics.

Operational Marketing

• Develop and support marketing communication campaigns.
• Create marketing content, including articles and white papers.
• Support the development of product promotion materials and videos.

Candidate profile

Good knowledge of the Office pack

Good interpersonal skills

Good level of English

Knowledge of CRM Tool will be an advantage.

Bac+3 in engineering or business school with the ability to work in an industrial environment for a work-study position starting in January 2027.
