Job summary

Ledger in Paris is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Specialist to own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, working with product marketing and localisation to bring each initiative to life. You’ll coordinate content creation, design, localization and delivery, using AI tools to speed up processes while maintaining quality.

We value 2+ years in CRM/marketing automation, hands-on experience with Braze, Eloqua, SFMC, Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

2+ years CRM/marketing automation experience.
Familiarity with major platforms: Braze, Eloqua, SFMC, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot.
Experience or understanding of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Gemini.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
End-to-end campaign build management: cross-team content creation, design, localization, tracking and delivery.
Delivery process optimization: automate and improve internal processes with data-driven ideas.
Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales and analytics teams.
