Your work at IXO is to evaluate generated creative work against the audience, constraints and professional standard of its brief, applying rigorous judging across typography, layout and imagery.

You will explain your decisions with evidence, using a clear review criteria framework, and ensure outputs adhere to brand and accessibility constraints. This role offers remote work and variable deliverables based on project scope.

• Professional practice in design, writing or creative production is required.
• Portfolio and the ability to explain creative decisions are more important than credentials.
• Work within your specialty and flag unclear briefs.

Experience and eligibility

Professional practice in design, writing or creative production is required. Relevant routes include graphic or interface design, visual or performing arts, film, photography, fashion, textiles, writing and editing. A portfolio and the ability to explain creative decisions are more important than a particular credential. Work within your actual specialty and flag unclear briefs.

Deliverables and pay

Outputs include design briefs, reference reasoning and annotated quality judgments. IXO will agree the exact discipline, scope and schedule before work begins.

Pay is $65 $85/hr in USD. Work is remote.
