IXO is seeking a detail-oriented reviewer to complete creative tasks and assess whether the software outputs meet professional expectations. You will use a range of tools and provide clear explanations of expected behavior.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience with creative tools, strong English (B2+), and the ability to document issues with reproducible steps. Remote work is offered and pay ranges from $35 to $105 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional creative-tool experience.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Specialty may be graphic, motion, video, interface, fashion, presentation or audio work.
• Formal degree is not required.
• Previous paid annotation, RLHF or model evaluation is useful but not mandatory.
• Dependable internet access is needed.

Responsabilités

• Complete creative tasks and explain whether the software and generated output behave as a professional would expect.
• Evaluate design and media results for realism, correctness and usability.
• Document rendering/export failures, unexpected behavior and broken workflows with reproducible steps.
• Provide annotations, ratings and practical improvement suggestions.
