ixolabs.ai seeks a seasoned practitioner to design realistic technical scenarios and problem sets, and to write reference solutions with explicit assumptions and reasoning. You will build grading rubrics that differentiate correctness, depth, and professional judgment, and evaluate submissions while explaining potential failures that a reviewer might miss.

Deliverables include scenario packages, worked reference solutions, grading criteria, and evidence-based evaluations.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of hands-on field experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written communication and ability to work independently on asynchronous assignments.
• Practical depth in the relevant domain; adjacent academic interest is not a substitute.

Your work at IXO. Create technical media challenges for IXO and explain what a strong solution requires. The role draws on current practical experience across creative technology, audio, design or user experience.

Required experience and preparation

The intended experience band is six to ten years, with a bachelor's degree and current or recent hands-on work in the field. You need strong written communication and the ability to work independently on asynchronous assignments. Practical professional depth is necessary; a purely adjacent academic interest does not substitute for it.

Preferred experience

• A master's degree, recognized work products, publications or open-source contributions are useful.
• Experience reviewing, editing, teaching or grading technical work is valuable.
• Audio engineering, linguistics and multimodal design are relevant additional specialties.

Deliverables and engagement

Deliverables are scenario packages, worked reference solutions, grading criteria and evidence-based evaluations. The work is remote, with scope and workload agreed individually.

Pay is $105 • $180/hr in USD. IXO will agree the scope, deliverables and schedule before work begins.
