IXO Labs is seeking collaborators to apply product-design practice to create and assess IXO design work. You will shape realistic product-design tasks and deliverables for evaluation.

You will evaluate model responses against domain-specific design standards and explain research, interface or prototype decisions with clear evidence. This is a remote engagement with flexible hours.

Typically 15–30 hours per week, pay is USD 65–85 per hour, with actual scope and schedule agreed before work.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in UX research, interface design, visual design or prototyping is required.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Clear communication and the ability to deliver remotely.

Experience and eligibility

Professional experience in UX research, interface design, visual design or prototyping is required. Bring working familiarity with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, clear communication and the ability to deliver remotely. The assignment will use your real area of design expertise.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables include design artifacts, scenario briefs, critiques and documented design decisions. A typical planning range is 15–30 hours per week, with actual scope and schedule agreed before work.

Pay is $65 85/hr in USD. Work is remote.
