Applica is seeking a Cost Controller to manage project costs, forecasting, and financial analysis within a complex international setting. You will work closely with the Project Leadership team to keep projects within budget and deliver cost deliverables across the lifecycle.

The role involves maintaining phased forecast profiles, leading monthly reviews, coordinating with procurement, and providing data for regular reporting. Paris-based, long-term contract with potential extension.

• Cost Controller responsible for managing project costs, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis in a complex international environment.
• Ability to work with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cost deliverables are met.

Responsabilités

• Work with the Package Team to maintain phased forecast profiles and lead monthly review meetings for all VOWD and cost forecast data.
• Deliver monthly accruals from the monthly phasing/review meeting.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement to assess cost impact of changes.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide analysis and presentation materials.
• Provide data for LTP, PDC and monthly reporting.
• Ensure all completed contracts purchase orders and service orders are closed on full completion in SAP and Cleopatra.

As a Cost Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role within managing project costs, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis within a complex international environment. Working closely alongside the Project Leadership team to ensure the project stays within the agreed budget and ensuring all cost deliverables are met.

About the Role

• Work with the Package Team to maintain phased forecast profiles, lead monthly review meetings for all VOWD and cost forecast data
• Deliver monthly accruals from the monthly phasing/review meeting
• Co-ordinate with the Contracts and Procurement teams to assess the cost impact of all changes
• Responding to requests for ad hoc data, data analysis and presentation materials
• Providing data for LTP, PDC and monthly reporting
• Ensure all completed contracts purchase orders and service orders are closed on full completion, in SAP and recorded in Cleopatra
