You will oversee cost control activities, maintain forecast profiles, and contribute to accurate cost reporting across major project packages.

• Experience in cost control, cost engineering, or project controls.
• Experience on large-scale industrial, energy, or offshore projects.
• Proven forecasting, reporting, and cost analysis capability.
• Knowledge of change management processes and cost impact assessments.
• Experience using SAP and Cleopatra.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within complex project environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage cost control activities for major project packages.
• Maintain forecast profiles using Value of Work Done (VOWD) methodology.
• Lead monthly cost review meetings with project stakeholders.
• Support monthly accruals and contract-level forecasting.
• Produce cost reports, phasing profiles, and variance analysis.
• Assess cost impacts associated with project changes.
• Maintain change control data within Cleopatra.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement teams.
• Ensure accurate cost data mapping between SAP and Cleopatra.
• Support re-baselining exercises, risk analysis, and reporting requirements

NES Fircroft is supporting a major offshore energy development and is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join a high-profile project controls team based in Paris, France.

This role will play a key part in supporting project cost engineering activities, ensuring budget performance is accurately monitored, forecasted, and reported across major project packages. Working within a dedicated cost control team, you will contribute to successful project delivery by helping maintain financial visibility and effective cost management throughout execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost control activities for major project packages.
• Maintain forecast profiles using Value of Work Done (VOWD) methodology.
• Lead monthly cost review meetings with project stakeholders.
• Support monthly accruals and contract-level forecasting.
• Produce cost reports, phasing profiles, and variance analysis.
• Assess cost impacts associated with project changes.
• Maintain change control data within Cleopatra.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement teams.
• Ensure accurate cost data mapping between SAP and Cleopatra.
