SeaOwl Group seeks a Senior Cost Controller in Paris to support the Venus offshore project. The role emphasizes cost engineering, budget monitoring, and ensuring delivery of cost data for multiple packages (FPSO, SURF, SPS, PMT) with close collaboration to the Lead Cost Engineer.

You will manage monthly cycles, deliver cost reports, assess changes in the MOC system, and ensure data integrity across SAP and Cleopatra, contributing to baseline preservation and risk reviews.

Responsabilités

• Managing one or two main packages (FPSO, SURF, SPS, PMT, etc.) while also working with Lead Cost Engineer on wider cost activities on the Project.
• Working with the Package Team to maintain a phased forecast profile based on VOWD and reviewing monthly reports.
• Delivering input to monthly accruals at Contract level from monthly reviews.
• Developing a Cost Monthly Report with cost summaries and phasing profiles.
• Assessing cost impacts for changes raised in the MOC system and linkage into Change Orders.
• Maintaining Change Control visibility in Cleopatra and coordinating with Contracts and Procurement.
• Mapping package cost data from SAP into Cleopatra to minimize unassigned costs.
• Ensuring Contracts, Purchase orders and Service orders are closed in SAP and Cleopatra.
• Responding to ad hoc data requests and presenting analyses.
• Integrating cost updates for re-baseline activities and maintaining basis of estimate documents.
• Providing data for long-term plans and monthly reporting.
• Supporting annual cost risk analysis and contingency assessments.
